Reiki - Preventative Health Medicine

One of the greatest benefits to Reiki is dealing with Stress, Tension, and Anxiety. Stress management alone is a major component of preventative health medicine and managing stress is all about staying in balance and remaining aligned with the world around us as life throws relentless obstacles along the way. Managing stress is all about healthy choices such as relaxation, addressing addictions, eating right and getting plenty of sleep and exercise.
